My name is Lesley Pazdzioch. I am the founder of Inspiring Creative Insight and Living from the Inside Out. My purpose, passion, and goal is to spend the rest of my lifetime teaching people around the world the holistic healing techniques I acquired over the past several years, through this course, to begin Living from the Inside Out.
“Living from the Inside Out” is a pilot course for a program I’ve been developing over the past seven years. It’s founded on a firm foundation derived from my personal healing journey. The initial catalyst that ignited the change within me was a complete overload that led to a profound breakdown.
My desire was simple: I wanted to heal. I believe that healing should not be a painful process. Through this experience, I discovered that healing is a gift we bestow upon ourselves.
This course is designed with a unique approach, ensuring that each individual’s experience is distinct. It is intended for you to complete it entirely by yourself. You might wonder why this is the case. The reason is that much of our self-perception is shaped by external factors such as experiences, situations, people, and their actions toward us. Instead of endlessly listing these external influences, why not construct a solid foundation of truth within yourself? Create a list of beliefs and truths about yourself, encompassing the good, the bad, and the uncertain. The reality is that we are all perfectly imperfect, with aspects to learn and improve. This course invites you to discover these aspects and embrace your free will to create the authentic you. It’s a journey from “Living from the Outside In” to “Living from the Inside Out.”
